Breathe it in

I’ve been inspired by Mark Talbot’s blogs on breathing in suffering. We breathe/cry out our pain to God and breathe in his word to heal and bring hope.  It’s simple.

Relaxation techniques teach us to slowly inhale and slowly exhale. It makes you concentrate on your breathing and relaxes you.

Just like the psalmist did, we are to exhale our pain to God and inhale His living word.

All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.

The word is Gods oxygen for us don’t forget to breathe it in!
